Clinical nursing
Skilled care from registered and enrolled nurses, delivered in your own home and coordinated with your doctors and funding body.

Each clinical service begins with a nursing assessment and a written care plan. We agree the goals with you, set a visit schedule that suits your household, and document each visit so your GP and funding body always have a clear picture.
If something changes, we act. Our nurses escalate concerns promptly, contact your treating team and keep your family informed, so small problems do not become hospital admissions.

What we provide
If you are unsure whether we can support a particular need, please ask. We will tell you honestly.
Assessment, dressing and review of simple through to complex wounds.
Safe, documented medication administration and monitoring.
Discreet, comfortable management with dignity front of mind.
Confident support for feeding tubes and stomas at home.
Nursing that helps prevent avoidable hospital admissions.
Extra support during the times that matter most.

Palliative support at home asks for a particular kind of nursing: unhurried, calm and honest with families about what is happening. We work alongside your palliative care team, and we do not rush the visit.
Funding
Clinical nursing may be covered by DVA, aged care support at home, or arranged privately.
Call for a friendly chat, or send a referral and we will be in touch within one business day.
