Which funding is likely to apply, roughly how soon we could start, and honestly whether we are the right service for you.

If you want to go ahead we arrange a home assessment. If you want to think about it, that is genuinely fine. Nobody chases you.
Useful things to have handy
None of these are required to call. They just make the first conversation faster.
- The DVA card colour and number, if there is one
- Any aged care approval or referral letters
- A rough list of current medications
- The name of the GP and their practice
- Recent hospital discharge paperwork, if there was a stay
- The suburb the care is needed in
