Travel and scheduling
How we roster across Sydney
We group visits geographically so our nurses spend more time with you and less time in traffic, which also helps us keep the same faces on your run.
Seven days a week
Scheduled visits are available on weekends and some evenings for time-critical clinical care.
Agreed visit windows
We give you a visit window rather than vague promises, and we call if we are running behind.
No travel surprises
Travel is discussed up front and charged in line with your funding programme's rules.
How we cover an area this size
Greater Sydney is not one place, and rostering it as though it were is how providers end up cancelling on people.
Nurses work a home region
Each nurse is rostered within one region rather than sent across the city. That is what makes it possible to send the same faces to the same homes each week.
Visits are grouped by geography
A run is built around a cluster of suburbs, not a spread of them. Less time in traffic means more time in the house and fewer late arrivals.
Edges are handled honestly
If you sit at the edge of a region we will say what that means for visit windows before you commit, rather than discovering it together in week three.
