Compassionate Lively Care, Nursing and Veterans Care

Aged care

Nursing that helps you stay at home longer.

Warm, practical nursing and personal care for older Australians, so home can stay home for as long as possible.

A little help, at the right time, changes everything

Most older people tell us the same thing: they want to stay in their own home, surrounded by their own things. Often what stands in the way is a wound that needs dressing, medication that needs managing, or a shower that has become unsafe.

That is exactly what we do. Our nurses and carers provide the support that keeps daily life manageable, and we keep families in the loop so nobody worries alone.

  • Government-funded aged care support at home
  • Private arrangements with no waiting list
  • Short-term help after a hospital stay
  • Respite so family carers can rest

What we provide

Support for older Australians at home

Clinical nursing and personal care, delivered by the same familiar faces wherever possible.

Nursing care

Wound care, medications, catheter care, diabetes support and health monitoring.

Personal care

Showering, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance and continence support.

Home life support

Meal preparation, hydration prompting and light tidying around care visits.

Post-hospital care

Extra visits during recovery to reduce the risk of readmission.

Companionship

Conversation, accompanied walks and support to appointments.

Carer respite

Planned breaks for spouses and adult children who provide daily care.

Coming home from hospital

The fortnight after a hospital stay is when things go wrong most often. We can put extra visits in place at short notice: wound reviews, medication checks and a careful eye on how someone is really coping.

Worried about Mum or Dad?

Family carers hold a great deal together, usually without being asked and often without a break. Respite is not a failure. It is what makes caring sustainable.

We can start with a single weekly visit and build from there, so the change feels gradual for everyone involved.
